Use of the app
Auvia Properties is provided to help users discover and submit real estate opportunities in Lebanon. You agree to use the app lawfully, respectfully, and only for genuine property-related activity.
Listing information
- Listings may be submitted by owners, brokers, agencies, developers, or authorized representatives.
- You must have the right to share any property details, photos, price information, and contact information you submit.
- Auvia Properties may review, edit, approve, reject, archive, or remove listings at its discretion.
- Auvia Properties may contact you to verify information before publishing.
- Prices, availability, and details can change and should be confirmed with the listing representative or Auvia support before any decision.
No guarantee
The app may include property information provided by third parties. Auvia Properties reviews basic listing quality, but does not guarantee that every detail is complete, current, or error-free. Users should independently verify legal status, ownership, permits, measurements, location, condition, and payment terms before making commitments.
Prohibited submissions
- False, misleading, duplicated, or unauthorized listings.
- Photos or descriptions you do not have permission to use.
- Illegal, discriminatory, abusive, or fraudulent content.
- Spam, scraping, automated abuse, or attempts to access admin systems without permission.
Changes and availability
Auvia Properties may update the app, change features, remove content, or temporarily suspend parts of the service for maintenance, security, or business reasons.
