How to request deletion
Email Auvia Properties with enough information to identify your submission. Do not send sensitive documents unless Auvia Properties specifically asks for them through a secure process.
Include these details
- Your full name.
- The phone number or email used in the listing submission.
- The property area, title, or approximate submission date.
- Whether you want deletion, correction, or listing removal.
What may be deleted
Auvia Properties can delete or anonymize personal contact details from submitted property records where legally and operationally possible. Some minimal records may be retained when needed for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or dispute handling.
