How Auvia Properties handles your data

Last updated: June 29, 2026. This policy explains what information is collected when you browse the map, contact Auvia Properties, or submit a property for review.

Launch note: This page is prepared for the app launch package and should be reviewed before final store submission, especially after the final domain, analytics settings, and mobile app permissions are locked.

Information we collect

  • Property submission details: name, role, phone number, area, property type, price, size, description, photo, reference link, and any location coordinates you choose to provide.
  • Contact actions: when you contact Auvia Properties through WhatsApp, phone, email, or social links, that communication is handled by the relevant third-party service.
  • Usage and device data: basic analytics such as page views, events, browser/device information, approximate region, and performance signals may be collected to improve the app.
  • Map and backend services: map tiles, listing data, uploaded photos, and admin review workflows may involve third-party infrastructure providers used by the app.

How we use information

  • To review submitted properties before they are published.
  • To contact submitters if listing information is missing, unclear, or needs verification.
  • To display approved property information publicly in the app.
  • To improve search, map performance, listing quality, security, and user experience.
  • To prevent spam, abuse, fraud, and unauthorized admin access.

Public listing information

Approved listings may display property details such as area, approximate location, category, size, price, description, and photos. Personal contact information submitted for review is not intended to be displayed publicly unless Auvia explicitly chooses to publish contact details with permission.

Service providers

The app may use hosting, database, storage, analytics, map, form, and communication providers such as Netlify, Supabase, Google Analytics, MapTiler or map tile providers, WhatsApp, and social media platforms. These providers process data according to their own terms and privacy practices.

Your choices

  • You can choose not to submit a property form.
  • You can request correction or deletion of submitted personal information.
  • You can disable analytics using your browser or device privacy controls where available.
  • You can request removal of a listing by contacting Auvia with enough information to identify it.
